According to numerous eyewitnesses, the Shanghai leg of Dua Lipa’s China tour was interrupted last night, when security forcibly dragged several people out mid-set.

Fans were forbidden to stand during the gig, with the venue apparently stipulating that those who did would be removed. Many observers claimed that those who were removed were carrying rainbow flags. 

 

“They’ve been dragged out with no dignity,” said one fan. “Dua Lipa cried on stage.”

Dua paused during her rendition of new Calvin Harris hit ‘One Kiss’, appearing to break down in tears. She tweeted the following statement this afternoon;
