Bimini x Girls Of The Internet release ‘Moonlight’ single.

Bimini teams up with Girls of the Internet to release surefire dancefloor smash ‘Moonlight’, out now. Written by Parx, Poppy Baskcomb and Bimini, Moonlight is a disco-infused, piano-drenched house track dripping in positivity and love.

Bimini will be touring the UK and Ireland in October with the huge ‘Werq The World’ arena tour, showcasing their music to an audience of RuPaul’s Drag Race fans. They recently released their debut EP, ‘When The Party Ends, ‘ featuring six stellar tracks. Bimini has spent the last year writing and recording with A-grade collaborators, including Rain Radio, Poppy Baskcomb, Redshank & Billy Blond, Harvey Kirkby and PVA. The collection includes Bimini’s three recent singles, ‘Rodeo’, ‘Different Kinds of People’ and the title track ‘When The Party Ends’. 

Bimini is a new cultural icon.

First, they found global fame as the break-out star of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK. They have dominated the press and social media ever since with their innate sense of style and fashion. Music is Bimini’s first love. Their debut single, the rowdy pop song ‘God Save This Queen’, has had over 1.3 million streams on Spotify. They recently performed highly talked about sets at Glastonbury and NYC Downlow and have performed with their live band at numerous major music festivals, including Download, Standon Calling, Dublin Pride, Brighton Pride and Manchester Pride. Bimini has also recently supported Muna and Self Esteem and played their headline London show in May at Electrowerkz. 

Girls of the Internet have swiftly risen up the electronic music ranks since their debut release, ‘When U Go’ on Luke Solomon’s Classic Music Company in 2017. Known for eclectic disco-inspired house music both behind the decks and in the studio, their productions have found a welcome home on Defected and Heist Recordings and two self-released and critically acclaimed albums. With support from DJs like Pete Tong, Nemone, The Blessed Madonna, Jamie xx and Axel Boman, and accolades such as a BBC 6 Music’ Album Of The Year’, a mix for Apple Music’s Beats One Radio’ One Mix’ series, a collaboration with James Lavelle’s UNKLE project, a sell-out debut live show at London’s Night Tales venue, and an album forthcoming on Classic/Defected; the group show no signs of slowing down.
