The Seven Dials Playhouse Pride Season will run from the 3rd to the 22nd of June across both of the Seven Dial’s spaces, The House and The Pen. With titles including BI-TOPIA, Queer Planet, and Jock Night, it’s a radical and joyful celebration of queer voices that also marks the start of a new programming model for the venue – curated, collaborative, and rooted in artist support.

Highlights for Scene Dials Playhouse Pride Season include:

Jock Night is the Offie-nominated Manchester-based hit exploring sex, stigma and intimacy returns following a sell-out 2023 run. The show stars David Paisley, whom QX interviewed in connection with the last run.
BI-TOPIA is Sam Danson’s powerful solo show on bisexuality, masculinity, and mental health, directed by Rikki Beadle-Blair MBE. ★★★★ “Extremely moving, nuanced piece of theatre, steeped in humour’” The Stage

Queer Planet is an irreverent, drag-king nature documentary cabaret exploring the wild world of queer animal behaviour. “Wonderfully funny, entertaining and surprisingly educations. Cabaret at its most inventive” Reviews Hub
Moira Less: My Heart Will Go On is a live Celine Dion drag tribute with powerhouse vocals and Titanic-sized charisma.
Lil Wenker: BANGTAIL is the Baddest Cowboy in Texas. Join Bangtail as he roots’ n toots from the mightiest mountains to the sauciest saloons. But what happens when a badder cowboy-er Texas-er rides into town and steals his title? “A masterclass in clowning that made the crowd roar with laughter…truly excellent” ★★★★★ Voice Mag
Plus, first-look work-in-progress shows from LGBTQIA+ comedians, including Ania Magliano, Sophie Duker, John Robertson and Lorna Rose Treen.
