Josephine Warden forms Vicious Pink on vocals and Brian Moss on synths. The duo first gained recognition as backing vocalists for Soft Cell before launching their hits—Cccan’t You See, Fetish, and Take Me Now—and are set to electrify the stage once again. Their music, known for its sultry energy and high-octane dancefloor appeal, became anthems in gay nightclubs of the era.

“As brilliant today as they were 40 years ago! Spectacular release!”
Though they once faded from the spotlight, Vicious Pink has remained a cult favourite across North America, Europe, and the UK. Now, with a resurgence fuelled by the release of their LP Unexpected on Minimal Wave Records, they’re back—and ready to perform live! Their latest release showcases previously unreleased gems from the influential duo.

Vicious Pink’s first UK show in 40 years
Their highly anticipated return will take place at Electronic Café in London, marking their first live show in decades. Reflecting on this moment, singer Josephine Warden told QX, “I’d just like to thank the LGBTQ+ community for their continued support. xxx”
Meanwhile, music partner Brian Moss added, “It’s been so long since we played live—this is going to be a fun evening. Cccan’t wait!”
They start their world tour following the UK show, so don’t miss this exclusive set from this synth-pop duo.
The evening features a lineup of other artists, making it a night to remember
The opening band is one of Electronic Café’s favourites, Magnetic Skies. Their latest album Empire Falling has been well received. They’ve been the support slot for Empathy Test, Heaven 17, Altered Images and Then Jericho.
