Mark your calendars! Join them at The Two Brewers on May 15th for an evening filled with talent and laughter. Watch and vote for your favourite comedians as they battle for a spot in the finals this June. Hosted by the fabulous James Barr, with a special performance by previous competition runner-up, the hilarious Dick Denham—this night is not to be missed!

Experience a night of queer hilarity and support emerging talent in our community. Four finalists will be chosen—help decide who makes it to the top!

The LGBTQ+ New Comedian of the Year Competition will hold the semi-finals, showcasing some of the most exciting emerging talent on the LGBTQ+ comedy scene. Join The LGBTQ+ New Comedian of the Year Semi-Finals 1 for your chance to watch & vote for your favourites and help them find the LGBTQ+ New Comedian of the Year! With MC Kuan Wen and Headliner Dee Allum.

LIZ NORMAN: “Frumpy and funny, Lizzie Norm is a northern comic with a dry wit, a quirky slant, and weird observations.”

EVA PERONI: “Don’t cry for me, argentinny.”

CALVIN JONES: “One to watch” – Calvin’s mother

AINDREAS FALLON VERGRUGGEN: “One of the hardest names to pronounce on the scene.”

JAMES DANIELEWSKI: “Cheeky real-life stories from a gay Northerner down south.”

JR: “A Clapham Gay or Clapham Grey, representing Daddies out there!”
