- Go out and have fun! If you don’t enjoy it what’s the point of doing it?
- It takes a lot of courage to go on stage and strip naked in front of people. You are the one that makes the show great, so enjoy the moment!
- A lot of what is said on stage is for entertainment – as much as there’s a lot of bitchy comments that come with it, don’t take the judge’s comments to heart.
- Without the contestants there is no show! And absolutely anybody can enter! When we’re looking for contestants, we want as much variety as possible. In a world that is body conscience, this show celebrates everyone.
- The best contestants have been those that who have a great sense of fun on stage… relax and smile!
- My favourite moments are when you are down to the final two and it’s between a typically muscular guy and a bigger guy. It’s then down to the audience vote… and sometimes the bigger guy wins!
- Wear clean underwear… or not if you want to cause a stir!
- A nicely trimmed downstairs always helps!
- You can choose your own music, so make sure it’s a song you know, and depending what type of performing you are, maybe choose something comical.
- Play up to the judges! Don’t strip for yourself, do it to entertain the crowd. In the words of Britney and Will.i.am, “All eyes are on you!”
