This Pride Month West London Queer Project will once again be setting off from the picturesque Furnival Gardens on a scenic 10k walk along the river Thames. WLQP celebrates Pride Month by being present, visible, and showing solidarity for our community. Plus, they’ll also be raising funds and awareness for Motor Neurone Disease. The walk kicks off at 10 am and should takes about two hours. Then you’ll be treated to an afternoon of delicious food, camp entertainment, and a lot of fun at the Black Lion in Hammersmith from 1 – 5! Tickets include entry into the walk and after party, a ‘Progressive Pride Flag’ cape or a Pride/Lesbian/Trans or Bisexual flag, a WLQP commemorative medal and a burger (beef, chicken or veggie) PLUS a pint of larger or a soft drink.
